Topic: The Future of Retail: Trends for 2019 and Beyond
Rachel has 15 years experience in various Shopping Centre roles, starting in overseeing standards in food courts with Westfield and working through roles in leasing and then managing shopping centres in Sydney, Toowoomba Qld , Batemans Bay, NSW.
Rachel is now based in Hervey Bay and is Centre Manager for Pialba Place which has been recently purchased by M/Group who have a strategy of buying assets with potential for upgrading and repositioning in regional towns with good population growth, disposable income and employment.
Rachel will present on the future of retailing and the trends that mark our current retailing patterns as well as speaking more directly about Pialba Place and the plans that the new owner has for the Centre.

We offer two types of Membership and a summary of these are below:-
Corporate Membership - $325.00 (Includes a $25.00 joining fee – first year only)
The Nominated Member, Employees and Partners have Member benefits
Up to 10 guests can attend Chamber events at the Member rate regardless of whether the nominated Member is attending the event
Individual Membership - $145.00*(Includes a $25.00 joining fee – first year only)
The Individual Member has Member benefits
The Individual Member can attend Chamber events at the Member rate
An Individual Member can invite 1 guest to attend a Chamber event, with them, at the Member rate - This benefit requires the Individual Member to attend the event
*If a business is considering Individual Membership it is important to nominate the person who will be attending the Chamber events as you cannot substitute another person. If you are unsure if the nominated Individual Member can attend Chamber events then a Corporate Membership may provide the flexibility your business requires.
